About Me!

Hello! I'm Lunariis (they/them), an anarcho-solarpunk who loves gardening, DIY, drawing, crochet, and like twenty other hobbies that I do less often but still enjoy. I am an artist and currently I am working on some soalrpunk art, but not the 'art nouveau' style solarpunk art, but i'm taking the 'punk' in solarpunk literally. More DIY-focused grungy combined with nature-inspired motifs, a "we're making this world a better place with or without your permission" kinda vibe.

My current music obsession is Appalachian Terror Unit, a crust eco punk band from West Virginia, but in terms of favorites my #1 pookie is My Chemical Romance (It fucking hits!! it has been since i was in 9th grade!). I also love Dead Kennedys (yeehaw!). and Tyler, The Creator (Chromakopia ohhhh my god Chromakopia... Tyler could never know how hard 'Like Him' would hit me specifically). And lets not forget my favorite queer (queer in the political sense) Chappell Roan. My queen.

I also love reading! I will scream from the mountaintops about Robin Wall Kimmerer's work (I've been listening to The Serviceberry to fall asleep for a while now) but my comfort read is The Lord of the Rings. Something about loving one another and fighting to the bitter end against an unspeakable evil just gets to me, yaknow. wonder why /s
